Christopher Kenneth Hanson- A Poem

"Flew As In Fallen"

Intrepid haste, at mountain edge-
Spreads off from disconnect
to falling free

Four plastic type make shift wings
soaring by permafrost lined trees
And wings, wings-
                                 which flap and stray

As the weight which waits at
the bottom already by hill side-

Which carries an introspective morbidity
The causality-a need for flight
Alone by certain tide and turmoil-
Here lie, one who flew.
