John Pursch- Three Poems

A Silent Knot

Gloved encapsulation
myths encourage praxis.

A momentary respite
from monetary thirst.

Wings ensue in scattered
numerology of carried ashes.

Long remembered echoes
intimate diffusion dapples,
sampled blue with focus.

The Institute

Inconsequential diatribe
falls to ward room Mambo
smile-a-thons.

Thinly held cauliflower
invites a plausible
port to dinner,
kissing grated goblets.

Air enables lateral
transition lattices
of cold numeric
hospitalization.

Subcutaneous Conjectures

Hauled shocks
imagine fed cortex ease
in locked salmon calumny,
approbation parasols bespattering
pacific crossbar bricks
with philatelic symphonies
of reminiscing garcons.

It all puddles mine runoff
in myriad iconoclastic spirochetes
of creaking baryonic diverticulitis,
amply tasking stoutly atavistic partisans
with jawline gerbil geriatric
jamboree injunctions,
petitioned hourly.

The judge ganged up
on the bailiff’s skinny fiddler-in-tow
with conciliator Spartans,
pairing awfully subcutaneous conjectures
with swank collision patina glue,
flooding downtown bakery awnings
with delicately Hessian spadices
of bully Pol Pot bottled ants
and cold cut camper
factory release.
